SPRITZ was the debut event in our modern-day speakeasy series, designed to surprise and delight guests with an immersive, one-of-a-kind experience. Hosted on a rooftop overlooking the stunning Myriad Gardens and Scissortail Park, the venue itself was transformed into an intimate, stylish space. Guests were welcomed with soft seating, chandeliers, rugs, and other elegant touches that created a cozy, yet sophisticated atmosphere. The event’s theme, a playful take on glamour, encouraged guests to embrace the unexpected, with each detail thoughtfully curated to spark curiosity and conversation. It was an evening filled with anticipation and excitement, setting the tone for future events that would continue to surprise and inspire.

 

Grunge was the second event in the modern-day speakeasy series, offering guests a completely immersive experience. From the moment they walked in, they were transported into the raw, rebellious world of the 1990s grunge scene, reimagined for today. Great music filled the space, with an edgy atmosphere that reflected the authenticity of grunge culture. Guests embraced the ‘90s-inspired dress code, creating a sense of community and connection throughout the evening. The atmosphere was bold and immersive, with every detail designed to evoke the spirit of the era. Attendees felt the thrill of discovering something new, immersed in an experience that was both familiar and entirely unexpected. Grunge provided a space where creativity, music, and atmosphere came together, creating memories that lingered long after the event ended.

 

An immersive garden party inspired by the world of Bridgerton, The Whistledown transported guests into a romantic Regency-era evening filled with elegance, music, and mystery. From the strings of a cellist to carefully crafted cocktails to indulgent bites and curated experiences designed to awaken the senses, every detail was a nod to sophistication and surprise. Guests, dressed in Regency-era attire, mingled beneath twinkling lights, danced under the stars, and reveled in a night that felt like a scene from a storybook. The Whistledown set the tone for what Refined Planning is known for—intentional, imaginative, and unforgettable events that go far beyond the ordinary.
